Tarot card reading isn't a hobby or something I do after my 9 to 5 job. It is my job. I live, breathe, talk the mystical path and walk it with practical feet. I will never give you the one size fits all, cookie cutter, off the shelf, “that could fit anybody your age” generic reading. Your reading is specific to you.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much do your readings cost?

I recommend a 90 minute reading. The cost is $130. CAD. Shorter readings are available; I hour is $100.

I read online, by phone or in person. You may pay with e-transfer, paypal, stripe, cheque or cash.

Do you read for groups?

Group rates are available: 20 minute readings are $40. per person. Parties can be booked for a minimum of 4 people, up to a maximum of twenty. Great for corporate events, wedding showers, birthday parties or just a good reason to get together. We can discuss your upcoming event. Book your venue. I’ll be there.

Why use cards? Why not just tell me what I should do?

Images have a way of communicating complex information in a short period of time. Have you heard the expression, “a picture is worth a thousand words”? It is much the same with the Tarot. Through looking at the images and listening to my interpretation of those images, you can quickly and effectively internalize the necessary strategies you need to move forward in a way that is satisfying to you

If you see something “horrible”, will you tell me?

Yes. I tell you everything I see in the cards; the good, the bad and the ugly. Most of the time, people have already endured the worst and are coming to see how to pick up the pieces. My view is that there really isn’t anything that you can’t handle when you know how to use everything to benefit yourself and others. Based on the cards drawn, I give you practices to transform the energy in the difficult situation to something you can use to move you towards a more enjoyable life.

I am attracted to the Tarot but concerned readings have something to do with the devil. Can tarot be harmful in any way? Are readings of the devil or evil?

Tarot is a tool for introspection and reflection. With enough reflection, it becomes a vehicle of liberation from the false identity and thus leads to awakening, self realization or enlightenment. These are different words pointing to the same experience of knowing yourself as something beyond your role, your responsibilites, keeping up with the neighbors. There comes a certain point in the spiritual journey where we are called to confront the shadow, the hidden, the arrogance we carry, which generally shows up as resistance. In the Tarot, this part of the journey is symbolized by a card called THE DEVIL. It does not show up until you are well into the journey of awakening, so it is quite a shock when it does show up but you are also prepared for it to show up. Until the false self is confronted, you remain unknown to yourself; small, hidden away in “doing life” instead of “being one with life”. A competent spiritual coach or tarot reader can give you the means by which you can notice your shadow and encourage you to approach it wisely and move through it in your own way.

Can I learn to be a reader?

Yes. Teaching others is one of my favorite things to do. I have been teaching for years. Currently I am updating a complete course in the Tarot.
